Overview

This Refund Policy explains how BurjVPN handles refunds for paid subscriptions purchased through our website. Free trials do not require payment and are not eligible for refunds.

General Policy

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.

When Refunds May Be Granted

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors verified by our team.
  • Technical issues on our side that prevented meaningful use of the service for an extended period.
  • Unauthorized charges reported promptly with supporting details.
  • Other situations required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

When Refunds Are Not Granted

  • Change of mind after a billing period has begun.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Issues caused by incompatible devices, local network restrictions, or third-party software.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Crypto payments processed through NOWPayments are subject to the same policy principles. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, approved refunds for crypto purchases may be issued as account credit or via an alternative method at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Submit a request through the Contact page or open a billing support ticket from your dashboard within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email, invoice number, payment method, and a description of the issue. We review requests within 5 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
